What tends to get a reply
Not a set of rules so much as an honest account of where my attention actually goes.
Usually yes
- Senior roles in enterprise AI transformation — India, EU or global. I am open to relocation.
- Advisory conversations on AI strategy, governance, or taking an agentic platform from pilot to production.
- Speaking on enterprise AI, commercial AI and GTM intelligence, responsible AI and the EU AI Act.
- Correspondence about something I have written here — including disagreement.
Usually no
- Unsolicited vendor pitches and generic partnership outreach.
- Requests to review, promote or endorse tools I have not run in production.
- Anything that begins by telling me what my own priorities are.
On response times
I answer mail in batches rather than continuously. If something is genuinely time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and I will move it forward.
